Akelarre is a sound library inspired by folk and cosmic horror.

The library provides a unique palette of cinematic dark soundscapes and sound effects, featuring scary creatures and monsters, eerie strings, mysterious drones, dark atmospheres, and otherworldly SFX.

Most of the sound sources are field-recording-based and have been crafted using granular synthesis, convolution, plate reverbs, and other processing techniques.

(The word Akelarre comes from Basque and means witches’ coven)
